This will be Wards first fight at light heavyweight. He has had a nine month lay off. We will see how sharp he is tonight. If Ward wants to be a contender he will have to fight more frequently.

Ward comes to the ring ready to fight. Barrera 17 – 0 a young hungry fighter with some potential power. Ward 29-0, but let’s be sure to mention Ward has not lost a fight since he was 12 years old.
