Oscar De La Hoya was named promoter of the year by Sports Illustrated. I have to say congratulations to Oscar. He has been world Champion, up and down. He has one of the largest boxing promoting companies in the world. Golden Boy represents many of the fighters seen today on HBO and Showtime. This year he has made aggressive moves and it seems he has succeeded. Not only is he a boxing champion he is a business man!
