Deontay Wilder takes on Bermane Stiverne Jan 17th 2015 at the MGM in Las Vegas, NV. The fight will be televised on Showtime. Showtime is featuring an “all access” Jan. 9th. That will preview the fighters a week before the fight.

This is an important fight for Deontay Wilder, he is challenging for the WBC Heavy Weight Belt.  If he wins, or should I say when he wins hopefully we will see him face Wladimir Klitschko for a massive unification fight.

I am personally extremely excited for this fight, it has been a long time coming for the US to have a heavy weight champion. And Wilder is a monster. His power is stunning. He reminds me of Mike Tyson but twice the size! He will punish Stiverne. I am predicting right here on the Glass Jaw, that Wilder will score a third round Knockout.

Stiverne holds his hands low which will allow for Wilder to have easier access to his head area. Wilders power is also tremendous. Conditioning I would also give to Wilder. strength, to Wilder. Overall I believe this will be an easy fight for Wilder. I just don’t see Stiverne being much of a challenge.

So Wilder, you have my vote! I believe you will be WBC heavy weight champion. I hope to see the belt back in the US Jan. 17th 2015.
